Mental health is the inner condition of one’s psychological health and the important part of psychological diathesis. Senior school students are in the period from psycho-delactation to growing up. It’s very necessary to cultivate the senior school students’ mental health. This research examines the state of mental health of high middle school students in China from the perspectives of the self, personality, the dynamics system, cognitive methods, attributional methods, methods of coping, competence of communication and adaptation.
